Verify the Infor Monitoring Server (WebSphere application server) installation for the Infor System Console and the Infor Lawson System Mobile Monitor
- Restart the web server.
- Restart the Infor Monitoring Server for the Infor System Console and the Infor Lawson System Mobile Monitor.

Ensure that the Default Application (IBM's DefaultApplication.ear)
is running in the Infor Monitoring Server. You may need to install the default application, and regenerate the plugins and restart the Infor Monitoring application server. In addition, if you have a web server other than IBM HTTP Server, you must manually propagate the plugins by copying the plugin-cfg.xml file from ISCprofile_root
\config\cells\

\nodes\
node_name/servers\
web_server_name to PLUGINS_ROOT
\config\
web_server_name
where ISCprofile_root is the directory within WebSphere for the Infor Monitoring Server profile and PLUGINS_ROOT is the directory on the web server machine that contains the web server plugins.
- Change the virtual host for the Default Application to be the one you created for the Infor System Console and the Infor Lawson System Mobile Monitor.

Use the sample applications to verify that web server
traffic is redirected to the servlet container. In the address line
of a web browser, type the following:
http://ApplicationServerHostName:AppServerPort/snoop (where AppServerPort is the WC_defaulthost or WC_defaulthost_secure port, depending on your setup)
http://WebServerHostName:WebServerPort/snoop

If the snoop servlet page appears, redirection is working.

If the snoop servlet page does not appear, check the web server configuration, correct errors, and re-try the snoop servlet test.

- Use the WebSphere Administration Console to un-install the Default Application. Infor Lawson applications cannot run if the Default Application is running.
