Assigning the role to IFS users

  1. From the IFS administrator account toolbar menu, select Manage > Master Data.
  2. Select Security role and then click Details.
  3. Select the security role you created for Infor Lawson, for example, "InforLawson".
  4. On the right panel, under the Users tab, click New to add existing users to this security role.
  5. Select the checkbox next to each user to be added to this security role.
  6. Click OK and then click Submit.
  7. Repeat the steps above for each plugin you are installing.
