Re-installing or updating Plug-ins

You must de-activate a plug-in before you can install or update it.

Update plug-ins

  1. Log in to the Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) server as the spinstall user.
  2. Download the plug-in zip file to the Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) server.
  3. Unzip the plug-in zip file.
  4. To launch the installer, right-click on the plug-in setup.exe and select Run as administrator.

    When a message appears asking if you want to allow the program to make changes to your computer, click Yes.

  5. On the Welcome screen, choose Next.
  6. Select the installation folder and browse to locate the directory where you want to install the plug-in. Click Next.
  7. Select the Modify option and click Next.
  8. On the Ready to Install screen, click Install.
  9. When the installation is complete, click Finish.
