Setting the Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode Property

Use the instructions below to set the compatibility between Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le), Infor Landmark Technology web user interface, and IE browser levels.

Note: 

This configuration is required for the HTML5-based (Web10x) user interface for Landmark applications, including Infor Process Automation inbasket and the Employee and Manager roles in Infor Talent Management.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Press the Alt key to display the menu bar.
  3. Click Tools.
  4. Click Compatibility View settings.
  5. Clear these options:

    • Display all websites in Compatibility View

    • Display intranet sites in Compatibility View

  6. Click Close.
