Setting the Internet Explorer Compatibility View

If you receive an error message about an unsupported browser while you are using a supported version of Internet Explorer, you may have unsupported compatibility view settings in Internet Explorer.

Additionally, if Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) does not show some images or if some menus or text boxes are out of place or missing, you may have unsupported compatibility view settings in Internet Explorer. To fix this issue you must change your compatibility view settings.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Press the Alt key to display the menu bar.
  3. Click Tools.
  4. Click Compatibility View settings.
  5. Clear these options:
    • Display all websites in Compatibility View

    • Display intranet sites in Compatibility View

  6. Click Close.
