Create roles in the Infor OS or Infor Local Technology Runtime

  1. Sign in to Infor OS or Infor Local Technology Runtime as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to User Menu > User Management.
  3. On the Manage/Users screen, select Configure menu, then choose Master Data Types > Security Roles.
  4. Click the Add new Item icon.
  5. On the Add Security Roles screen, enter a name and description for the security role.
  6. To assign the security role to all users, select:

    • Assign to new users

    • Assign to all existing users

  7. Click Save.
