Sync Analysis errors

Most errors that occur in the Sync Analysis phase are caused by data errors which resulted in the system not being able to retrieve a record. This could be caused by invalid data, an invalid service format, or other issues.

If Sync Analysis phase is not successful, it prompts the administrator with a summary of the list of failed records. These records are also written to the security_provisioning.log file.

You will need to search the log file to find out why the record had failed. Once you perform the necessary action to correct the failed data you can rerun the sync process. The process will complete successfully only when all data from all federated systems can be correctly read and analyzed.
