Pre-installation requirements

If you already have any previous version of OLE DB Object Services, uninstall it.

If you are using Cloud Identities with multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforced, install the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime. Up-to-date information about supported third-party products is in the Infor Lawson Compatibility Matrix document available in the Infor Concierge.

Install or upgrade Crystal Reports before you install or upgrade OLE DB Object Services. For the 64-bit version of Crystal Reports, download the 64-bit OLE DB Object Services file (InforOLEDBSetup-x64.exe).
