Retrieving the LSR data source from the Lawson server

In LSR Designer, you must specify a data source to be used by the extracted LSR template. This data source connection defines the formatting details, job query and data source type (*.xml) of your template. All of which are required in previewing the template to validate your modifications. Use this procedure to extract the data source from the server.

On the LSF server, navigate to the location of the data source.

Copy the XML file and save it locally.
