Identify the delegated security service for LSF

Use the ssoconfig utility to identify the delegated security service for SSOP, the main security service for LSF. If you already know that the name of the delegated service, for example, the service that ws created ADFS or PingFederate, you do not need to perform this step.

This step is performed using the ssoconfig utility.

  1. From a command line on the LSF server, specify ssoconfig -c and provide the password when prompted.
  2. From the menu system, select Manage Lawson Services > Manage Service Properties > View Service Properties.
  3. At the prompt for service name, specify SSOP.
    All service properties are listed on-screen. Look for the properties IsDelegated=true and DelegatedService=ServiceName. For example, ADFS. The value of DelegatedServce is the name of the service you will update in the next section.

    Provide the delegated service name when you add the Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) properties.
