HR user tasks
The Road Rager Human Resources Department uses Lawson to perform the following general tasks:

View and update all employee data through HR11.
At Road Rager, HR generalists can see only employee data in their own Company, that is, Biloxi or Brownsville. In addition, they cannot view any pay information. Employee pay changes are made by individual managers through the Manager Self-Service application, but the HR manager and HR processor can see each worker's pay in both Biloxi and Brownsville.
The HR Manager can see employee pay data in both Biloxi and Brownsville and can also make the same kinds of personnel changes that individual managers make. The only exception is that the HR processor cannot see executive compensation.

Perform Personnel Actions (process promotions and other status changes) through forms PA52.1 through PA52.5. These forms let the HR manager perform the personnel actions that Manager Self-Service lets other managers perform. This includes changing an employee's department or supervisor, pay rate, or job change (for example, grant a promotion).
