Install the Lawson Portal web server files on your external web server

  1. On the Installation Packages window, select Lawson Portal Web Server Files and click Next.
  2. Select Create a new Workspace. Specify a name for this Lawson Portal instance.

    It is a good idea to use a name that includes "external" to distinguish this installation from other Lawson Portal instances.

  3. Click Next.
  4. In the The document root directory field, browse to locate the document root directory defined in your web server configuration.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Check the Installation Summary to verify the install locations.

    • To change the directory name for the Lawson Portal web data, click Previous.

    • To start installation, click Next.

  7. When the installation is complete, click Finish.
