To run a job at a specific date and time:

- Define the batch job.
           
- Access the job parameter form of the report or batch update.
 - Specify values in the Job Name and Job Description fields.
 
 - Define the job parameters by entering values in the parameter fields.
 - Click Add. (If you receive a message saying the job already exists, click Change instead of Add, or change the job name to one that does not already exist and then click Add.)
 - To change the work file distribution path, click the Work File Distribution button, specify the path and file name, and click OK.
 - Set up the print information.
           
- Click Reports from the parameter form.
             
The Report Properties dialog box appears.
 - Specify or select values for these fields:
             
- File
 - 
                
The file for the report you must print.
 - Path
 - 
                
The location to save the .prt file.
 - Destination
 - 
                
The type of print destination: group, printer, or none.
 - Copies
 - 
                
The number of copies you must print.
 - Save
 - 
                
Whether the .prt file is saved in the location listed in the Path field.
 
 - On the Report Properties dialog box, click OK.
 - Click Change on the parameter form to update the job record.
 
 - Click Reports from the parameter form.
             
 - Click Submit from the parameter form.
           
The Submit Job dialog window is displayed.
 - Select a job queue to run the job on preferred queue, or leave the Job Queue field blank to use the default queue.
 - Specify the Start Date and Start Time based on the current time zone that is displayed, then click Submit. 
           
A message on status bar notifies you that the job is submitted. You can then access the forms that let you view the status of jobs and to print reports.
