Sharing a social message from an application form

If enabled, you can use the Share feature to send a message from an application form. For example, after you perform any action on a form such as Inquire, Add, Change, Release, you can click Share to open the Share message window. You can replace the message or add your own message. A drill back link to the record is also populated into the Share message.

Some application forms have a pre-populated message that is shown in a hashtag. This message is based on the action that you have taken.

Example: "Change complete for Vendor 123 Generic Supply Co. #inforSupplierInvoice:100:123:Generic~Supply~Co."
