Re-running Saved Queries

Use this procedure to re-run a saved query. There are extra steps you must take if the query has selection criteria containing related table fields. This is because no related tables are automatically reloaded into the selection criteria list. Each related table that you want in the selection criteria list must be re-selected for inclusion in the list.

To re-run a saved query

  1. Launch the Query Wizard.
  2. Click the toolbar button for opening query files, select the file, and click Open.
  3. Select the Field tab, and then click the Relations button to load all the relations to this primary table.
  4. Double-click the related table you want to load.
  5. After the related table fields load, click Done without selecting any fields.
  6. Go back to the Criteria tab. The related table you selected now has its fields loaded into the list.
    Note: Any related table fields you use in the selection criteria must also be included in the output display field list.

    In the event of mismatched product line, a drop-down list of the product lines available on the server will be displayed. The user will select from the drop-down list and click on the select button for the query to load.
