caldef

Define a calendar for keeping track of your working schedule on an electronic calendar.

To define a calendar

  1. In the Calendar Definition window, specify the required values.
    Table 1.
    Field Description
    Calendar The name for the calendar.
    Description A short, descriptive name for the calendar.
    Date This field lets you press Mark or Next to scroll through the month or year.
  2. Press Define (F6), and then select one of these options. These options are mutually exclusive.

    Mark Week Ends Display weekends in highlight mode.
    Mark Week Days Display weekdays in highlight mode.
    Un-Mark All Days Display all days in normal mode.
  3. Click OK.
