Modifying an exisiting user group

  1. On the User Group Definition form, select a User Group name from the list.
  2. Provide a new description.
    Note that you cannot rename the User Group name.
  3. Select any Member Type and Member Name to add, then click Add Member.
  4. To delete a member, select a user or group from the Members list and cick Remove.
  5. Click Save.
