Assigning a custom default role file to most users

You can create a customized default file that serves as the default for most users. To implement this, you would

• Create the role file (for example, mydefaultrole.xml) using the administration tool, Role Manager.

• Update (or ask your security administrator to update) the default value of the role attribute with mydefaultrole.xml.

  To do this, your security administrator would use one of the security administration desktop tools (Schema Editor) to change the default value of an attribute and then upload the new default into RM. Instructions are in Lawson Administration: Resources and Security.
