Running a Titles Report

The Titles Report utility (titlerpt) creates a report of all titles for a translation.

To run a title report

  1. Access the Title Report utility.

    At the command line, type:

    lapm titlerpt

    - or -

    titlerpt [-n|t] baselanguage [translation]

  2. On the Report on a Language's Titles and Translations form or as part of the command syntax, type or select the following:
    Program Option Description
    n Print titles without translations.
    t Print titles with translations.
    Field Description
    Base Language Source language. The default is US_ENGLISH.
    Translated Language Translated language; for example, Spanish.
    I/O Options Display the output or redirect it to a file. The default is 2>&1 | lashow, which sends the output to lashow. Type >filename to send output to a file.
  3. Press Enter.

    The program runs and displays a message when it completes.

Example: Title Report

The following example is from a report run for U.S. English (source language) and Spanish (translation). The U.S. English title "Month/Year End" has no translation.
