The Vertex Sales Tax Q Series configuration file
The Vertex Sales Tax Q Series configuration file (vertex.cfg) contains the configuration parameters used by the Infor Infor Lawson applications in conjunction with the Vertex Sales Tax Q Series tax calculation system.
vertex.cfg File Parameters
The following table gives brief descriptions of the three vertex.cfg file parameters that affect Infor Lawson. The other parameters in the vertex.cfg file affect Vertex Quantum directly. For more information, refer to your Vertex Sales Tax Q Series documentation or the Tax User Guide.

| Parameter | Description |

| DBPATH | Directory where Vertex Sales Tax Q Series database files are located. |
| DEBUG | Specifies whether debugging is turned on. ON writes debugging information to the file specified in the DEBUGFILE parameter. |
| DEBUGFILE | Name of the file to write debugging information to. The system adds the process ID (pid) of the lapm process to the end of the file name to prevent more than one user from writing to the same file. |
