Assigning active and default environments

This procedure describes how to change the definitions of Active and Default Environments. Changing these settings affect the Environment access for all users of Infor Lawson.

To assign active and default Environments

  1. Using lx or an editor of your choice, open the file /etc/lawson.env.
  2. Locate the Global options section of the file.
  3. Change the assignment of Active and Default as needed.
  4. Save and close the file.

    The changes you made take effect immediately.
