Resetting the number of programs to be compiled simultaneously

  1. At the command line, specify this information:

    From the command prompt, specify this information:

    Note: To change the number of compiles for the server you are currently using, use "local." To change the number of compiles for a different server, substitute the other server name for "local."

    qcontrol -jmachine_name,#_of_jobs

    Example

    qcontrol -jlocal,4

    - or -

  2. Access from the laenv menu.
  3. Select Programmer Utilities, Compile Tools, and then Compile Queue Control.
  4. Specify parameters.
  5. Press Enter.
