Distributed Batch Processing

You must perform the setup procedures for distributed batch processing in order to run jobs and reports in a horizontally scaled system. This setup has the following main steps:

  1. Set up network services files.
  2. Define the network cluster within Lawson.
  3. Assign programs to cluster nodes.
  4. Designate the master batch server.
  5. Turn on distributed batch processing.
