Deleting a User Form ID

If you no longer need a user form ID, you should delete it from your system.

After a form is deleted, the system denies access to the form by any user through the Lawson Portal, the Infor Lawson Interface Desktop (LID), and through the command line. The form can no longer be added to a menu and will no longer function on a menu to which it has already been added.

  1. Access the Form ID Definition utility (tokendef):
    • From the System Administration menu, choose Form Definition.

      - or -

    • At the command line, type:

      tokendef

  2. On the Form ID Definition menu, select User Form IDs.
  3. From the User Form ID form, select the form ID you want to delete, and then press Delete (F9).
  4. Press Enter twice.

If a deleted form is already on an existing menu, the system deletes the form ID from the menu and prints "Title Not Found" on the menu for the deleted form.
