Define a printer group in Lawson Portal
- As a Lawson Portal administrator, navigate to LSF Administration Tools > Printer Group Definitions.
 - Specify or select this information:
           
- Printer Group
 - 
              
Specify a unique name for the printer group.
 - Description
 - 
              
Provide a short description of the printer group.
 - Member Type
 - 
              
The type of group member you want to add, either Printer or Group (for printer group).
 - Member
 - 
              
Depending on the member type you selected, select either a printer or a previously defined printer group.
 - Description
 - 
              
The description of the printer (from the printer or printer group definition. (Display only)
 
 - Click Add Member.
 - Repeat the process to add more printers or printer groups.
           
If you need to delete a printer or printer group from a printer group definition, select the printer or printer group and click Remove.
 - Click Save.
