Viewing a Print File

Use this to view a batch update or report print file.

To view a print file

  1. Access the Print Manager.

    • After inquiring on a job from a parameter form, click the Print Mgr button on the parameter form.

      The Print Manager form appears.

    or

    • On UNIX and Windows, from the command line, type

      lapm gen unpm

      The Print Manager form appears.

  2. Optional. If you have the security privilege to view the print files of other users, select the user in the User Name field whose print files you want to view.
  3. Select the print file you want to view.
  4. Select the Send to Screen option from the Actions menu.
  5. Press Escape to close the print file.
