Using this Routine

1. Populate the required field and optional fields.
2. Call 900-GEO-SET-NAME-CRITERIA.
3. Examine the VTX-ERROR-STATUS field to determine if an error occurred.
4. If an error occurred, display the VTX-ERROR-MSG field.
