Description

840-KFIND-<Index> inquires on the Index for the key fields that match the values you set in the record retrieval variables (DB fields) corresponding to the index key fields. This call works as the 840-FIND-<Index> (840-FIND-<Index>) call works, but 840-KFIND-<Index> returns only the keys from the Index.

Each routine sets the logical value <FileName>-NOTFOUND or <FileName>-FOUND based on the outcome of the read process.
