Using the Routine

1. Populate the fields in the VTX-TAX-REQ structure.
2. Call the 900-CALC-VERTEX-TAX routine.
3. Examine the VTX-ERROR-STATUS field to determine if an error occurred.
4. If an error occurred, display the VTX-ERROR-MSG field.
5. Return results are in the VTX-TAX-RESULT field.
