Defining Form Text

You can define form text for an online form to help users. You can then reference the text or print application documents using the text.

To define form text

  1. On the Format form, press Define (F6), choose Text, then choose Form.
  2. In the Text window, type the desired text.

  3. Press OK twice to save the text and return to the Format form.
