Defining a Report Header

To define a header for a report, the first two lines of the first report format window must be blank.

To define a report header

  1. In the first report format window on the Report Format form, press Define (F6) and choose Headers.
  2. Choose Select Header Text.

    If no global report headers are defined for the product line, the system puts the default header in the report format. You can then add fields to it or delete fields fromĀ it.

    If there are multiple global report headers defined for the product line, the Select Header window appears. Choose a header.

    If there is only one global report header, it appears when you choose Select Header Text.
