Defining an Output Condition

Use this procedure to define a new output condition or modify an existing one.

To define an output condition

  1. In the Form Output Field Definition window, press Define (F6) and choose Output Condition.

    The Condition window appears.

  2. To define a new condition or select an existing condition, choose Select.
    • To change an existing condition, choose Modify. The changes affect all fields with the same condition. You cannot change a dictionary condition.

    • To delete an existing condition, choose Delete. The condition is deleted for the active field only. You cannot delete a dictionary condition. To remove a dictionary condition from a field, you must first re-select a task condition or a new condition, then delete the new condition from the field. For instructions, see Conditions and Defining Conditions for Objects.

  3. Press OK to save the condition and return to the Form Output Field Definition window.
