Changing a Report Structure

You can change a report structure. If you have already painted the report, however, you lose any formats for the old structure that do not conform to the new structure. If you change the kind of format, you lose the previous format (for example, changing a report format to a summary format).

  1. On the Report Format form, press Define (F6) and choose Structure.
  2. In the Structure Definition window, type the new level for each of the key fields.

  3. Press OK.
