Advanced Program Development

The Application Development Workbench includes a number of more advanced tools to extend the functionality of your program. These may be accessed from the Action or the Define menus on the Program Definition form. This section explains how to use several of these tools for further program development tasks: Key Number Definition, Work File Definition, Library Definition, and Message Maintenance. Others are explained in other manuals.

The Action menu in Program Definition allows you to transfer to other tools useful in the program development process. (For more information, see Using the Transfer Menu.)

The Define menu in Program Definition also provides access to tools that support the program development process. (For more information, see Using the Define Menu.)
