Bouncy Castle update

Starting with Infor Lawson System Foundation 10.0.11 CU6, you will need to perform a one-time update to Bouncy Castle.

Additionally, starting with 10.0.11 CU14, there's a new minimum required version for both system Java and WebSphere-delivered JDK.

Note: You must run the commands when updating to version 10.0.11 CU6 and later, as well as whenever there is an update for Bouncy Castle.
