Use the guidelines to set your UNIX kernel parameters.

Tune the Kernel

  1. Set your UNIX kernel parameters according to the suggested minimum requirements described in Tuning the Kernel.
  2. For each additional new Environment you create, you must increase the suggested values for the kernel parameters.
