Viewing and configuring Services

You can use the ISC System menu to view and control Infor Lawson services, including stopping and starting.

  1. From the ISC navigation bar, click System > Services. Services appear on the home page.
  2. You can review the status of a service. Icons on the far right of the row with the service name identify a service status. Status types include:
    • Stopped: Exclamation point inside a red circle
    • Running: Checkmark inside a green circle
    • Error: Exclamation point inside an orange triangle. This message can mean that a connection failed or another type of error occurred. Check the log files. The message can also mean that a JVM was not found; in this case, check configurations.
    • Partial: A circular dotted arrow. A service is partially started. This could be a normal message if the system is in the process of starting. It could also indicate problem such as a paused or hung service.
  3. If the service is available for selecting, you can use the options on the menu bar above the list of services to perform a Restart, Start or Stop on the service.
  4. To refresh the services list, click Refresh on the menu bar above the list of services.
