User BODs coming to LSF
If you are troubleshooting the status of a user added in Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) that has not arrived in LSF as expected, use the LSF Jobs administration menus to view the status of all jobs.
The most common problem is that a job in Needs Recovery status is blocking other jobs from processing. Follow general instructions for troubleshooting Needs Recovery jobs in your LSF administration documentation set.
Note: If you receive the message, Cannot process BOD as Variation ID
[#] must be greater than current Variation Id [#], after attempting to add or
delete Landmark user roles, the most likely reason is that a temporary processing mismatch
occurred in ION. This is a normal situation that will correct itself. You can ignore the
message.
