Complete the DSSO update

  1. From the drop-down list, select No Application Server. DSSO on the Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) server does not require an application server deployment.

    Choose Next.

  2. On the Installation Summary screen, review the options.
    • Choose Previous to go back and correct a value.

    • Choose Next to start the installation.

  3. When the installation is complete, choose Log to check the log file for install details, including:
    • The time the installation was started and completed

    • Values you chose during installation

    • A complete list of files installed

    • Any errors that occurred during the install

    • An installation summary

      If you receive an error message that the installation failed because a "Delete failed," the most likely cause is that a process that needed to be stopped in order for the installation to complete is running.

      Check the Infor Lawson Security server (lase) and if it is running, perform a stop of the Infor Lawson system in this order:

      1. Stop your application server (for example, WebSphere).

      2. Run the Infor stoplaw and startlaw commands.

      3. Restart your application server.

      When you rerun the installation if the "Delete failed" error still occurs, it means another process is still running. You will need to investigate to locate the running process is running and stop it.
