Install the Standalone DSSO Session Provider

  • Make sure you know:

    • The host on which the DSSO Router was created.

    • The DSSO instance that you want to use.

  • If you plan to change the SSL certificates used by the Grid routers to a publicly signed certificate, do that before the DSSO Session Provider is installed.

  1. In the Configuration Manager, select Applications > Install New Application.
  2. In the Select Application window, click Upload to provide the DSSO Session Provider gar file.
  3. In the Upload Application window, click Browse... to search for the file and click Upload.
  4. In the Select Application window, select the new DSSO Session Provider gar and click Next. In the Installation packages window, select Distributed Single Sign-On and click Next.
  5. In the Install Options window, select the "StandaloneDeploymentProfile" Profile. As Configuration Data, browse for the installation properties file, created earlier.
  6. Select which Host to deploy the DSSO Session Provider to. Only select ONE host. The selected host MUST be the same host on which the DSSO Router was created and the DSSO instance is installed.
  7. Click Finish to start the installation.
  8. After you have installed the DSSO Session Provider, you can set up role mappings for securing users. More information is in the Grid administration documentation.
Note: Infor Security does not support role and group lookup from Grid.
