Check the security provisioning log file

If a synchronization process reported an error or if you are troubleshooting an issue reported by a user, you can view the error in the log file: LAWDIR/system/security_provisioning.log

Note: Even if no errors were reported during the synchronization process, it is still a good idea to check the log file after running a synchronization.
  1. Open the file LAWDIR/system/security_provisioning.log and check for errors.

  2. Perform troubleshooting as needed to resolve the problem.
  3. After you believe you have corrected the problem, re-run synchronization.
