Maintaining User Environment Information

LSF system administrators can use ISS to update information about user locale, groups (user, printer, job queue, distribution lists) and other information.

This topic describes how to access the ISS administration pages where you can make these updates. Complete information about environment groups is in the Jobs and Reports Administration Guide which is available in the LSF online help and the Infor Concierge Documentation site.

All users who use distribution groups must have an identity on the operating system service. More information about this is in the Resources and Security Administration Guide.

  1. Perform a search for the user.
  2. With the user's People record selected, click the Manage Lawson Environment Information (book icon).
  3. On the Environment Info page, use the dropdowns to make selection for the options.
  4. Click the Save icon when you are finished making updates.
