Set the primary authenticating service

Before you perform this procedure, the synchronization process must have completed with no errors.

Note: Infor recommends that you perform this step at a time when system use is minimal. This is because authentication is being reformatted through this procedure and users might be logged out and unable to log back in.
  1. From the federation page, select Federation > Set Primary Authentication Service.
  2. From the next screen, select the domain and primary authenticating service.
    • Domain: Select the appropriate domain. This is the Single Sign-on (SSO) domain that the primary authenticating service is the primary service for.

    • Select SSOPV2 if you want Landmark to be the primary authentication service.

      Or

      Select SSOP if you want LSF to be the primary authentication service.

  3. Click Finish.
  4. Stop and restart both systems (LMRK and LSF) to ensure that the changes you made take effect.
