Infor Process Automation

Infor Process Automation (IPA) is Infor's Business Process Modeling (BPM) tool that is compatible with both the Infor Landmark Technology and Infor Lawson System Foundation systems. With Infor Process Automation, Lawson customers can automate Lawson processes, including those that integrate with third-party products. LPA provides the ability to receive and send data to/from virtually any electronic system.

Infor Process Automation customers design "processes," visual representations of steps that must be performed to carry out a business process. When a process is activated, a user who needs to perform an action is notified. When a step in the process is completed, the next user is notified of the need for action and so on. A process does not necessarily require action by a user. Actions can be configured to happen automatically at the appropriate point in a process.
