Optional Permission Character for Protected Worksheets
You can add an optional character permission at the end of any of the above listed permission strings. This will determine whether the user is allowed to upload protected worksheets without being prompted with password input. This table shows the optional characters:

Note: By default, this optional permission is assumed to be DENIED when
not added to the current 8-character permission string format.
