Securing Lawson Smart Office Form Personalizations in Lawson Security

Users who create form personalizations in Lawson Smart Office need access to some environment executables that enable personalizing.

In Lawson Security, create rules that grant access to the following:

• fp_fmcopr

• fp_fmdeltr

• fp_fmgetr

• fp_fmpubsr

You could, for example, create a class called "FormPersonalizingTools" that you add to the role of all users who create and / or administer form personalizations.
