Issues with reports

If you experience an issue with a security report, check the log file and the report file size.

Log file location

If a report failed or if you had any other problem running a report, consult the log file for details. The file is: LAWDIR/system/lase_server_0_0.log

Report file size cannot exceed 20MB

If you receive the following error message, it means that the report has exceeded the maximum size.

HTML/CSV/PDF format of this report is too large for you to download. 
Kindly request assistance from your system administrator on downloading this file from the security server.

If this situation occurs, security administrators can locate the report in the location: LAWDIR/system/lsreports/[reportname] and send it to the user who requested it.
