Biloxi operation

Operations in Biloxi are organized into the following divisions:

  • Executive

  • Sales and Marketing

  • Customer Services

  • Operations

  • Production

The subsections that follow describe more details about who is in each division and what they do.

Executive Division

The Executive Division has four employees, including:

  • CEO

  • Executive VP

  • Executive support staff (2)

All divisions are headed by a vice president. All vice presidents, in Biloxi and Brownsville, report to the Executive Vice President.

Sales and Marketing Division

The Sales and Marketing Division has a total of 35 employees, including: a vice president, two managers, and two supervisors, all of whom have direct reports.

Operations Division

The Operations Division is organized into several groups:

  • The Accounting Department

  • IT Department

  • Human Resources and Payroll Department

All departments are headed by directors who report into the Operations Vice President. The staff members of each group are:

  • Accounting: 12 staff members, including a director and two supervisors.

    Accounting has the typical responsibilities of an accounting department in any company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget and cash flow tracking, and so on.

  • IT: 7 staff members, including the director and a manager. Two workers will work with Lawson Security

  • Human Resources and Payroll: 15 staff members, including the Director and three managers (for human resources and recruiting, payroll and benefits).

    The department is responsible for recruiting and hiring, managing payroll and benefits, organizational development, and other personnel actions.

Customer Services Division

The Customer Service Department is a staff of twenty-five and includes the following functions:

  • Telephone Sales

  • Order Fulfillment

  • Customer Support

Four staff members, VP of Operations, Customer Services manager, Order Fulfillment Supervisor, and Customer Support Supervisor, have direct reports.

Production Division

The Production Division has 300 workers, including the Vice President of Production and a total of 12 managers and supervisors.

Production works three shifts: Monday through Friday, 7-3, and 3-11 and an 8-hour Saturday shift (6-2) performs shipping catch up.

Production is the only division that is completely separate from Brownsville operations. All other divisions provide services to Brownsville.
