Installation Process Overview

This table provides an overview of the installation process.

	Task
1	Verify that all requirements are met
2	Gather required information on system variables
3	Complete pre-installation procedures
4	Download and install Lawson Portal on the Infor Lawson server
5	Install Lawson Portal on the web server
6	Test Lawson Portal installation and load bookmarks
7	Optional: If you are installing an additional instance Lawson Portal for users who will log in outside the firewall, you will set up an additional web server with Core Technology files (that is, files that in a typical installation are installed only on the LSF server).
