Updating the lawson user

Use this procedure to add a required attribute to the user "lawson" to ensure that this user can run a batch job.

  1. Log in to the Infor Lawson Security Administrator as the lawson user.
  2. From the Infor Lawson Security Administrator main screen, click User Management and then select User Maintenance.

    You will be on the screen for creating a basic query.

  3. Specify lawson in the text box and click Find Now.

    The user lawson will appear in the results list.

  4. Right-click the lawson user and select Edit RM Information.
  5. Change the CheckLS attribute setting to YES.
  6. Close the dialog box and save the change.

    Do not make any other changes to the user lawson.

  7. Close the Infor Lawson Security Administrator.
